Installation and commissioning
Our own installation team fits what we design and fabricate, coordinated with your programme and the other trades on site. Then we test, balance and hand over a system that does what the drawings say.
Fitted by the people who designed it
Because the same company designs, makes and installs the system, there is no gap between the drawing and what goes up. Problems found on site are solved by the people who drew it.

Installation FAQs
Do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes. Most of our work is as the ventilation package for catering equipment companies and mechanical contractors, coordinated with their programme and site team.
What happens at commissioning?
We test and balance the airflows against the design, check the controls, interlocks and odour control, and record the results.
Do you work on existing systems after installation?
Yes, as planned work on any kitchen ventilation system, not just ones we installed: fan replacements and upgrades, air handling unit refurbishment, filter changes and retrofitting access panels for duct cleaning. We do not offer a reactive breakdown call-out service, and we do not clean ductwork; that is done by specialist TR19 Grease cleaning contractors.
What do we get at handover?
O&M documentation including maintenance charts, commissioning records and warranty details, so your maintenance provider knows what the system needs.
